Christina Lycoyannis Christina Lycoyannis is a corporate attorney who has represented public and private companies in a range ofindustries, including health care, manufacturing and agriculture. Christina has a broad transactional background and has extensive experience representing clients in connection with a variety of matters, including public and private debt and equity offerings, bank loans, mergers and acquisitions, securities law matters and general business law. She has assisted public company clients in the preparation of numerous '33 and '34 Act filings, including registration statements, annual and quarterly reports and proxy statements. In addition, Christina has represented banks and commercial finance lenders in primarily asset-based (including real estate) lending transactions, including numerous syndicated transactions. She also has represented a number of venture capital funds at the formation stage and in the acquisition of interests in portfolio companies. Prior to joining Whalen LLP, Christina served of counsel to the law firm of Theodora Oringher Miller & Richman PC in Los Angeles. Christina is admitted to practice in California and New York Education Christina received her BA summa cum laude in 1985 from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She received her JD in 1988 from New York University School of Law, where she served as Articles Editor of the Annual Survey of American Law and was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Bankruptcy Law. |
