Whalen LLP is a corporate law firm based in Southern California.

As transactional lawyers, we take pride in our creative, practical approach to solving problems to make deals work.  We are experienced in representing companies and investors in significant transactions: debt and equity fundings, financial restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and large commercial transactions.  A large portion of our practice involves the representation of a multi-billion dollar private equity firm in both equity and debt transactions.

All of our attorneys formerly practiced law at O'Melveny & Myers or Riordan & McKinzie (now Bingham McCutchen), large firms known for their corporate-law expertise.

Our targeted market is the representation of:

  • Private equity and venture capital investors
